  Jorge E Gonzalez is unprofessional, and extremely rude. He was not able to help me at all. My family and I have been consumers at this bank for the past 20 years and he did not even have the decency to go above or beyond to help me or my family. He was yelling at my retired father. We asked to talk to the manager Fe Faigal and she laughed the matter off. She was not able to help us in any way. Neither was she able to diffuse the situation. They were not even able to provide us with documentation that lays out the bank's policies and procedures. They kept on scrolling in their emails back and forth and were not able to show us what they were talking about. It felt to me as if they were making up their own rules without any document back up. I am very disappointed in these two. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.
