    Spoke with KEN the Office Manager there and he was of no help. They told me a new driver lost my package and that's it. Cant find it, don't know where it is, cant do anything else and I should have bought insurance from a manufacture in China. Terrible service all around

    We are constantly getting the wrong mail and ours goes to other houses. After the mail person leaves the neighbors deliver the mail to the correct address - sometimes not even the right block.
    We had a mail man years ago and never had a problem until he was transferred. Now we have a different sub every day and one said they are told to go faster sorting the mail. Why would we not have a regular mail person on this route????
    I am waiting for important mail with sensitive information that was sent to me weeks ago.
