  I got sober in Share and I'm still sober 18 years later. At that time the counselor's were very informed and helpful, understanding and loving. The nurse was not used to low bottom detox (at that time) he had to look up DT's yet still handled it perfectly as he read aloud out of his textbook and asked me the appropriate questions and transferred me to the hospital. Since then I have shared my story and gone to meetings there. Many, many of my friends have gotten sober at Share and it's always the first facility I recommend and take 12 step people to. My niece got sober at Share and is coming up to her 2nd anniversary with no relapse, I'm sure the extensive aftercare and counseling she still attends through Share had a lot to do with her continuous sobriety.
