  Waiting 4 weeks for a warranty inspection and serta says we have no control of it. Do not buy a serta bed they are no help once u buy the garbage product. Bed is 3 yrs old and have 4 foot rip across the entire bed no spills or anything it has a bed protector even. The springs are starting to poke through the ripped foam.

  Bought a Serta mattress for close to $3000 3 years ago with a 25 year warranty and already it is sagging very badly. I am a laborer by trade and do numerous physical jobs at the end of the day my back feels fine. Then comes sleep time on my 3 year old $3000 mattress when I wake up to use the bathroom I have trouble walking because my back hurts so badly I am 36 years old. I am writing this review to warn all of you who are thinking about buying a Serta mattress that they will do anything in there power to avoid honoring there warranty the test they use is so unrealistic that when the guy shows up to do the test he will not look you in the eyes because he so embarrassed himself about doing the test in front of you. You been all been warned if you read this and still decide to buy a Serta Mattress then don't complain later.
