  Please tie down the bedframes! The room was neat, the furniture well kept with one exception. The mattresses dipped down unpredictability when you sat on the end or lower third of the bed. It felt as if you were on a teeter totter after the other kid got off.

  Treated poorly and at 3:01pm on the day of my arrival (i was 2 hours away in traffic) they called and said since I wasn't there to check in they were cancelling my room rates and charging me full price (i am a member) and they charged my credit card full price at that time 3:01pm for the entire 3 days even though I wasnt there yet.
  Bullcrap and I had a guaranteed rate. Then on my second night they cancelled my room keys so I couldn't get in ....horrible experience with front desk people and corporate customer service hung up on me 3 times when I told them what happened and they couldn't do anything about it
