  Good food, sprawling and noisy restaurant. The servers do the best they can to be friendly and attentive but the layout works against them. It was a March Madness Friday, might have been extra-crowded. We prefer the Lake in the Hills location, a more comfortable, relaxing environment. I do dig the Mac and Cheese pizza!

  Our family frequents this restaurant often, it WAS one of our favorites but EVERY time we order, whether it be take out or delivery the orders have been wrong! We have had ingredients added to orders we specifically said that we are either allergic to or simply don't want/belong on our orders. We have gone to great lengths to even drive our orders back after paying $30-$50 dollars at a time because of simple disappointment and to actually show how they were prepared.
  *For example, we ordered garlic parmesan wings and they were made with Alfredo pasta sauce or the time when we ordered a salad that came with crispy onions straws yet were purposely omitted them due to not being cooked and ready for the pick up. Even the shrimp appetizer was spoiled and inedible.
  *Luckily the shift supervisor (Crysta) and Manager (Rosie) have been very understanding and apologetic. They have reassured us that kitchen will be guided and stay in tuned with menu changes. The management has offered re-fires and credits due to our constant dissatisfaction and carelessness of kitchen staff. We wouldn't be returning customers if it wasn't for the management. Unfortunately, we contemplate ever returning.
