  Servicing my vehicle was quick and painless . The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gary K. (the tech) was very knowledgeable and thorough. Although I don't look forward to taking my vehicle in for service, I will take it to Mercedes of Hoffman if I do, thanks to Gary and the rest of the staff.

  BEST AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!- I sent an inquiry from their website at 6:00 a.m. Omar called at 9:20 a.m. shortly after they opened to answer my question and ask if I wanted to have a salesperson follow up. Piotr called at 9:40 a.m. We had a few phone calls during the day to confirm availability and schedule an appointment. I arrived at 4:20 p.m. The vehicle was ready and waiting. Piotr was very knowledgeable and helpful. Frank the sales manager was friendly and attentive. Jose was also very knowledgeable and friendly as he went over the features and technical aspects of my vehicle after the purchase.
  
  The crowning star of this five star experience (everyone was a five star champ in this happy story) was my interactions with Kelly the finance manager; honest, to the point, zero pressure on any additional services, and extremely efficient through the process. By 6:15 p.m. I was happily driving away in my new vehicle in less than two hours after arriving; it would have been quicker had I not been enjoying the pleasant and friendly atmosphere and conversing with each of the people mentioned. To review a few of the words I keep repeating: Friendly, Knowledgeable, Honest, Attentive, Efficient, Five Stars, BEST AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER! Thank you to all the staff at Motor Werks!
