  I've been a return customer for almost 20 years and after this last hair cut, I will never return. The stylist had to be told to fix every cut she made. She did not blend, she did not hand cut the areas requested, she did not cut uniform lines. After the wash and shampoo, she litteraly dried my hair for 5 seconds. I returned to the chiar dripping wet, soaking my clothing and face. I had her add product to my hair in hopes that running her fingers through a scalp soaked to the bone would be enough for her to grab another towel to dry it off, which she did not. When home the towel I had to use to dry off was heavy with water. Seriously, after 20 years, I have had bad haircuts from this location but nothing that made me not want to return. This was absolutely the worst haircutting experience of my life. I never care enough to write review but this is a special instance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE TO BE EXPECTED. I WILL NEVER RETURN, AND WILL BE SURE TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.
