  My daughter, 17 had the worst experience, Dr. Kotsakis actually yelled at her to stop shaking, which she could not help because of the anesthesia, she actually woke up 3 times during the surgery, and he even had the nerve to make a comment about how long her nails were??????? Weird, the experience was very unprofessional and they did not even have a wheel chair, and they are not on ground level. The receptionist Jennifer was the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever encountered, so rude, they were short staffed, I truly wish I would have never gone to this office, Dr. Kotsakis is in my opinion a very poor surgeon. They are not professional even when they are billing, they are sneaky and try to screw your insurance company or companies over. Be very careful and aware of how they bill your insurance. I will not ever recommend Dr. Kotsakis and his staff to anyone, in fact I will be filing a complaint against this office to my network, and I will be reporting Dr. Kotsakis and his place of business to the Better Business Bureau. I have already let my dentist know, not to refer Dr. Kotsakis to any of his clients. Horrible, horrible experience.
