  The first time I used this branch to make a loan payment, they made an error entering the payment amount, then posted the payment to someone else's account altogether.
  
  When I went back to the branch, the senior banker seemed incompetent and did not make me confident that he knew how to fix these errors.
  
  The situation is being corrected at a different branch. I will not be visiting the Hoffman Estates branch ever again.
