  This is a WARNING to potential vendors and customers. We did some work with Kristen Bobik, D.C. of Hoffman Estates Illinois recently. We had some issues with the cost of our service, a misunderstanding that we tried to work out with no success. We gave her the opportunity to negotiate the price however she stated that the price was reasonable on an e-mail received from her. We assumed everything was fine, our product was perfect, no complaints except the way we quoted and invoiced. We communicated by e-mail, although we tried calling several times. This customer would not speak with us on phone. Actually this is what she sent us in an e-mail: "Any communication will be in written form only. I will not accept any phone calls from you, nor call you back.". Soon after this she blasted me personally on Google and Yelp, stating her receptionist (not her) overheard me speaking to one of my family members (this is a family owned and operated business) in a negative manner. She made very nasty comments about me personally. This is coming from a professional medical person Kristen Bobik, D.C. ; we were shocked. I have never met this woman or spoken with her on the phone. We did a job for her, delivered on time and perfect. Customers that write reviews based on 3rd party info, get personal and will not take or return phone calls are not clients that we or anyone want. We generally do not write reviews, however we tried calling to fix whatever issue she had with us. She will not return a phone call or speak with us on the phone. I would not recommend doing work or becoming a client of Kristen Bobik, DC. DABCA of Hoffman Estates IL., I apologize for having to write this, she is probably a fine Chiropractor.
