  DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My mother stayed here and was not treated properly for her bipolar disorder. She was admitted because she attempted suicide and I was hoping she would receive the treatment she needed but she did not. The staff in the psych ward did not allow her to take more than one shower per week, which is despicable given her incontinence issues. They also did not administer her medications properly and never bothered to confirm with her psychiatrist what the proper medications were. After staying for one week, they discharged her with the requirement that she receive outpatient services. I say that she was prematurely discharged because I was on the phone with her for 45 minutes persuading her not to attempt suicide again. She came out of this place no better than when she went in. All in all, do not let your loved ones stay here, and if they do come here for whatever reason, get them out and take them somewhere else. They are understaffed, but that doesn’t explain or vilify all the issues my mother experienced.
